Nurst Rapid Repair cream is an ethically sourced moisturizer, all-natural skin care treatment that works to soothe and repair damaged skin. The cream is made with a unique Bovine colostrum and is the first milk female cows produce after giving birth. In 2020, the company behind the product, Royal Dairy Produce, found itself with an excess of colostrum from their Royal Dairy momma cows.
Rather than toss it away, they put those rich antioxidant compounds and macronutrients to good use and developed an ethically sourced moisturizer with the motto: “Happy cows first, skincare second.”
They asked our advertising agency and full-service creative team to help with a rebranding. We couldn’t wait to start!
Nurst came to our full-service creative team with an ethically sourced moisturizer and brand narrative already in place but needed a couple of brand development strategy experts to rebrand their ethically sourced moisturizer to improve its overall tone and brand narrative messaging.
This brand development strategy would prove quite different from the others. Rather than have our advertising agency develop their brand narrative from the ground up, our full-service creative team had to understand the true essence of Nurst while using tactful marketing techniques to make them more appealing and ultimately more successful. To do this, we worked with the folks at Nurst skin care to get to know their current brand narrative and uncover what they truly wanted from our graphic design agency and packaging design company.
The folks over at Nurst made our rebranding strategy relatively easy. Their sustainable and ethical farming practices led to the creation of ethically sourced moisturizers. Our graphic design agency wanted to accentuate this unique property during our brand development strategy gameplan.
Our full-service creative team determined this would instill trust and brand loyalty as they garnered a large portion of the moisturizer market.
Our full-service creative team also wanted to make the brand a cohesive unit and decide on some graphic design elements that would satisfy the conditions necessary to blend the brand narrative with the visual design choices.

Nurst became a simple and trustworthy brand narrative that stands out among its competitors. Using our packaging design company and full-service creative team, we re-imagined effective communication with customers and built trust through transparency about ingredients and production methods. The overall aesthetic is modern farmhouse meets ethical farming. We combined this tone with scientifically backed data surrounding their all natural skin care product.
Their underlying brand narrative is: when a customer purchases the all natural skin care product, it improves their skin and the lives of others.
